The ASEE Women in Engineering Division (WIED) is starting a project to create a WIED Directory / Social Network site for the Division. We are looking for volunteers who have expertise with creating social networks. We are interested in working with an engine that would allow members to create and post their profile according to a WIED template profile, and permit other members to view the portions that are public for the group. The WIED hope to better communicate, target announcements and provide better service to our community. As project leader, I am seeking help in selecting the engine and creating the infrastructure. If you are interested in helping with the project, please contact me at petrie@fau.edu.
